Founded by Divya Dacharla, RNXA is led by Malyadri Dacharla, Siva Subramanian, and Gopala Krishna Varaganti across its core business sectors. Our story is grounded in trust, industry relationships, and a commitment to building smarter infrastructure.

Divya Dacharla is the Partner of RNXA Infra, with a strong vision to build smarter infrastructure that supports businesses, communities, and long-term progress. She has led large-scale engagements across construction, digital infrastructure, railway car operations, siding maintenance, and facility management.

Her strength lies in solving complex project challenges, building strategic relationships, and connecting execution with opportunity. With experience in international business and trade engagements, including work connected to global enterprises such as Chevron and Exxon, Divya brings leadership, ambition, and a future-focused mindset to RNXA Infra.

Srinu Dacharla

Malyadri Dacharla leads the Commercial Real Estate sector at RNXA Infra, bringing 30+ years of proven experience across large-scale construction and real estate projects in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. He is passionate about helping developers and businesses bring commercial projects to life with trusted execution, practical planning, and strong site coordination.

His strength lies in understanding ground realities, managing project needs, and keeping execution aligned with client goals. With deep regional experience and long-standing industry relationships, Malyadri plays a key role in RNXA’s ability to deliver commercial real estate projects with confidence, discipline, and accountability.

Principal Architect

Saketjh Bharadwaj

Saketh Bharadwaj leads Architecture and Interior Design at RNXA Infra as Principal Architect, bringing twelve years of practice across industrial facilities, residential development, and interiors in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. He heads a team of senior architects and is accountable for every drawing set the studio issues, from concept and space planning through working drawings to statutory approvals.

His strength lies in buildability: drawings resolved against real site conditions, real material costs, and the crews who will execute them. With design and execution under one roof, Saketh plays a key role in RNXA's ability to deliver projects with fewer revisions, fewer cost surprises, and design intent that survives the site.

Gopala Krishna Varaganti

Gopala Krishna Varaganti leads Heavy Equipment Handling & Transportation at RNXA Infra, bringing 30+ years of hands-on experience in industrial equipment movement, steel coil handling, loading, unloading, and door-to-door distribution. He has supported large industrial clients, including companies connected to Steel Authority of India, Tata Steel, and Jindal, helping move heavy steel coils safely and reliably to fabricators, engineering companies, and project sites.

Known for his practical, action-oriented leadership, Gopala Krishna brings the discipline and urgency needed to manage complex movement on the ground. His strength is simple: understand the requirement, coordinate the right people and equipment, and get the work done safely, efficiently, and with accountability.

Sunny Chowdary

Sunny drives the operational backbone of RNXA Infra, making sure every engagement moves from planning to execution with structure and control. From procurement and vendor coordination to maintenance, reporting, and project delivery, he keeps teams aligned and ensures work is completed with discipline and accountability.

Siva Subramanian

Siva Subramanian leads Builder Financing and business alignment at RNXA Infra, bringing 30+ years of finance experience, including notable work with HDFC. He has supported dealers, builders, and industrial clients in securing financing for their projects, business expansion, and infrastructure initiatives.

Vishwas Ramasani

Vishwas focuses on growth, client relationships, and project conversion for RNXA Infra. He supports GTM initiatives, bidding, partnerships, and early-stage client engagement, helping turn new opportunities into active projects through trust, follow-through, and commercial clarity.
